We all try to give our children the right values and moral principles, to help them navigate themselves in this world. With this coming-of-age story I wanted to address the wishes and worries of young minds, wanting to grow up but feeling lost.
It’s a story about a discovery: a discovery of a wide world with all its different ways of life. A story about friendship and courage in the face of the unknown. But moreover, it’s a story about self-discovery: helping children understand themselves as well as the world around them.
