The illustrative-typographic book on german idioms

The world of idioms is strange and silly, and gives each language its own distinct colour and flavour. By using them in everyday life we don’t think about how these phrases came to life. The stories of the past give a completely new perspective on the language we use and broaden our view on the culture we live in.

This book was a team project where I worked primarily on illustrations and my team partner, Nico Furler, on typography.
